Event Photography - Prices
School Prom, Graduation Ball, Leavers Ball.
For college / school proms, graduation Balls, school leaver’s parties, school balls and stage shows there is-
No charge to the event organiser - worth up to £170.
the photographer is free
Photographs bought at the event are £10.00 per print, with 3 prints for £20.00. The photograph is 9 inches by 6 inches in a strut mount and protective bag.
Photographs ordered online from the web site are £10.00 plus £2.50 postage and packing.
Charity Fund Raising Events
If you are a Registered Charity holding a Dinner, Ball, or any other function, including School Parent Teacher Association events to raise funds, there is no charge to organisers.
The purchase of 9 x6 inch photographs in a strut mount and protective bag will be £15 to the guests with a percentage given to the charity.
The donation going to the charity at the end of the event is based on the number of photographs sold.
Donations to paid to charities:
- If we sell 50 photographs - 20% = £150
- If we sell 100 photographs - 33% = £500
Other Special Functions or Events
Our attendance charge is up to £300.00, but if you have a large numbers of guests attending your event, there may be no charge! For further information please contact us for a quote by telephone or by completing the enquiry form

Online Sales
After the event buying your photographs online at your web site prices are:
9 inch by 6 inch photo £10.00 .
10 inch by 8 inch photo £15.00
12 inch by 8 inch photo £22.50
Plus postage and packing of £2.50
Home Portraiture
The price for a home portraiture is £95.00
We will attend you home and you receive a selection of the images taken from which to select, 1 - 9x6 inch photograph.
Extra photographs can be ordered after wards from £15.00 upwards.
Birthday Party Photo Shoots
The price for birthday party photo shoots is £125.00 (for up to 10 children, for numbers over this please add £5.00 per child
We will supply each child with a 7x5 inch mounted print for their party bag.
Photos can also be placed online in a password protected album to enable family and friends to view.
